INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tomatoes, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon of dried basil
Half a pound of shrimp, remove the shell from it
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1/2 teaspoon of red paper, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of milk
1 cup of freshly grated cheese, parmesan
8 oz fettuccine pasta (it should be gluten-free)
2 tomatoes, sliced
Salt

RECIPE

In a frying pan, put a minced garlic, then add the tomatoes which are sliced, basil in 2 spoons of oil and sauté it until the garlic gets fragrant.

Now, you add the shrimp to it and then on top of it sprinkle the salt, paprika and cook it for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add half and a half teaspoon of basil and crushed pepper to the skillet. Add shrimp and tomatoes to it. Boil it until it gets a simmer.

Put the parmesan cheese into the hot cream and stir it to melt it. Do it on low heat so, it will not be burned but melted.

Now remove the sauce from heat and add salt and basil to it, if you want to change the taste. You can add crushed pepper too if you want to make the dish spicier.

During all these processes, cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water from the pasta.

Add this mixture to the creamy mixture cooked above and if you want you can add again the tomatoes, basil, salt and crushed pepper if you have the desire for taste.

Your dish is cooked and you are ready to eat it with family.

The health effect of this dish is mostly positive. The vegetable and the shrimp you are eating are high in proteins and fiber which are the prime need of everybody of human irrespective of age and gender.
